Exportadora de Café California S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as ECC) with domicile at Av. Framboyanes Lt. 21 Fracc A y B Mza 6, Cd Industrial Bruno Pagliai, Tejería Veracruz México, hereby informs you that your personal data, including sensitive data, currently or in the future contained in our databases, will be treated and/or used by: Exportadora de Café California S.A. de C.V (ECC).

ECC may transfer the personal data contained in its databases to any of the companies controlling the latter and/or its affiliates and/or subsidiaries and even to third parties, whether national or foreign, unless the respective owners expressly state their opposition, in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the Law).

ECC may use "cookies" or "IP addresses" to confirm your identification when accessing our web site, with the only purpose of granting you a personalized service because it allows us to determine your preferences by registering your use of our web site by the users and in this way identify your habits and preferences to offer you promotions and advertising campaigns of our services. Through the use of "cookies", we do not collect personal data from users in terms of the Law.

The holders may exercise their rights under the Law, as from January 6, 2012, by means of a written request, which must be submitted to any of the ECC branches indicated on the web page: www.eccmexico.com. All applications to a CCP, regardless of the means used by the participants, must be submitted:

• Include the name and signature of the participant, and an address or other means of communicating the response to the participant's request.
• Accompany the official documents that prove the identity of the holder.
• Include a clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which they will exercise the rights conferred by the Law.
• Include any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data in question.

ECC reserves the right to change, modify, complement and/or alter this notice at any time, in which case it will be made known to you by any of the means established by the legislation on the matter.
